NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Powder is a simple, single-ingredient fiber supplement made from the husks of psyllium seeds. Packaged in a 12 oz (340 g) bottle, it delivers an excellent source of natural soluble fiber with just 30 calories per 9 g serving, and it is vegetarian, vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified and kosher certified.

Each serving provides 7 grams of dietary fiber, 6 of which are soluble, helping to support regular bowel movements, feed beneficial gut bacteria and promote a lasting feeling of fullness. Because it contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy or artificial additives, it blends easily into a daily routine with little risk of unwanted extras.

This powder suits adults who want more fiber from whole-food sources, whether they are managing occasional irregularity, following a high-protein or low-carb diet, or simply looking to support heart and digestive health. Mix one level scoop into at least 12 ounces of water or juice, drink it right away, and keep fluids up throughout the day.
